40-Hour Manager Training Program
This comprehensive 40-hour online course is designed for individuals seeking to become managers in an assisted living setting. Students will gain the knowledge and skills required to effectively oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff, and provide quality care for residents. The program meets Arizona training requirements and prepares participants for leadership roles in assisted living communities. Participants must be 21 years of age or older to enroll.

This 62-hour hybrid and in-person training program is designed for individuals seeking employment in an assisted living setting or those looking to enhance their caregiving skills. The program includes 50 hours of classroom instruction and 12 hours of hands-on skills training, providing students with the knowledge and practical experience needed to deliver quality care. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enroll.

16-Hour Assisted Living Bridge Program
This 16-hour online Bridge Program is designed for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Direct Care Workers (DCWs) who are seeking employment in an assisted living setting. The course provides the additional training required to transition into assisted living and focuses on the regulations, responsibilities, and skills needed to provide quality resident care. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and provide proof of current CNA or DCW certification to enroll.
