Meet Quory Petersen,
Administrator| C2A Training
Quory brings more than five years of management and leadership experience to C2A Training, along with a strong military background that has shaped her commitment to discipline, integrity, leadership, and service.
Her experience extends beyond C2A. Quory has played an instrumental role in the growth and day-to-day management of the family's successful laboratory business, Any Lab Test Now – Metro Phoenix. Through this experience, she has developed extensive knowledge in business operations, staff leadership, customer service, compliance, and creating a positive experience for every person who walks through the door.
Now, Quory is bringing that same leadership, structure, and commitment to excellence to C2A Training as its Administrator.
What truly drives Quory is her passion for helping others succeed. She believes every student deserves an opportunity to learn, grow, build confidence, and pursue a meaningful career. Her goal is to create a supportive training environment where students feel valued, prepared, and encouraged throughout their journey.

Meet Shawn Hern,
Assisted Living Manager & Program Leader| C2A Training
Shawn is entering his second year with C2A Training, bringing extensive experience and knowledge from the assisted living industry. As our qualified Assisted Living Manager, Shawn plays an essential role in C2A's operations and helps ensure our training program continues to meet the standards required to serve our students.
His relationship with C2A goes far beyond his professional role. For more than 10 years, Shawn has been a trusted friend, mentor, and source of guidance to C2A's owner, providing valuable insight and support throughout her journey in the assisted living industry.
His real-world experience gives him a unique understanding of what it takes to work, lead, and succeed in assisted living. That perspective helps C2A remain focused not only on completing training requirements, but also on preparing students for the responsibilities they will encounter in the field.
As C2A Training enters its next chapter, Shawn continues to be an important part of the foundation behind the organization—providing experience, mentorship, leadership, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in caregiver education.
