At Caregivers 2 Assist LLC, our training programs are rooted in extensive experience in assisted living and home care, with over 30 years of combined industry expertise. Our courses are taught by licensed assisted living managers and qualified instructors and are structured to allow students up to 60 days to successfully complete their training.

Assisted Living Manager Training

The Assisted Living Manager Training is a 40-hour, hybrid program that can be completed in one week. It provides all necessary study materials to help you successfully pass the state exam and prepare for a career as a manager.
Certified Caregiver Training

Interested in starting a career as a caregiver in the assisted living field?
This program is the perfect place to begin.
The Caregiver Certification Program at Caregivers 2 Assist is a 62-hour hybrid training course designed to prepare individuals for employment in assisted living settings.
The program includes:
34 hours of online instruction
16 hours of in-person medication management training
12 hours of hands-on skills training, completed with Caregivers 2 Assist or at a licensed assisted living home or facility
Students have up to 60 days to complete the program. All required study materials are provided to support successful preparation for the state exam.
Program Requirements:
Must be able to read, write, and understand English
18 years of age or older
Valid government-issued ID
Social Security Card or Social Security Affidavit
Food Handler’s Card (required prior to completion)
Bridge to Caregiver Training
$375.00 Includes State Exam Fee
This 16-hour online training course is designed for active Arizona CNAs, LNAs, and DCWs. The course covers medication administration and diabetes care, preparing participants to meet state requirements.
Upon successful completion of the course, participants are eligible to sit for the in-person state exam to obtain Arizona Caregiver State Certification.
The program includes:
16 hours of online instruction
Students have up to 60 days to complete the program. All required study materials are provided to support successful preparation for the state exam.

Valid AZ CNA/LNA license or Level 1 & 2 DCW verified through Ahccss
Valid government-issued ID

Caregiver Certification

Are you looking to work as a caregiver in the assisted living field? This program is perfect for you.
The Caregiver Certification is a 62-hour program, consisting of 50 hours of classroom instruction and 12 hours of skills training. This 7-day course runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and provides all the study materials you need to successfully pass the state exam.
CNA/DCW Bridge Program – 16-Hour Course

This program is designed for individuals who already hold a CNA, or Direct Care Worker certification and want to enhance or bridge their skills for broader caregiving roles.
